    Garam Masala may be the most common spice blend in the region, but no two blends are the same. The recipe varies from town to town, and even from family to family. But what unifies them is the pungent combination of warming spices.

    Our Garam Masala is a hearty blend of rich, sweet, smoky, vivid flavors that includes black & green cardamom, ground bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cumin, and coriander. Layers of flavor that will bring depth to any meaty dish, or jazz up a simple vegetarian curry.
