Our Japanese Sesame Seasoning begins with the elements of gomashio by combining our natural Himalayan Pink Salt with toasted white sesame seeds & roasted black sesame seeds. Then we mix in our mineral-rich, wild harvested nori flakes, to give the seasoning a touch of Japanese flavor. Finally, we blend in our mildly-spicy Aleppo chili flakes with its tantalizingly fruity, salty, vinegary notes.
