But don’t let the name limit its use to only Paneer Butter Masala (Indian cheese in a spicy, creamy rich, tomato based curry). Tweak the traditional recipe, and make a tofu masala or non-vegetarian masala. Or try using the potent spice blend as a BBQ marinade, or in recipes that call for curry powder.
