Chipotle peppers are ripened-red jalapeno peppers that have been smoke-dried. The best come from Mexico, which we offer you here in ground form to add a smoky, spicy taste to your Mexican dishes. Our Chipotle Chili Powder has a rating of 20K heat units. That will give you a burn on the tongue*, but only half as much as cayenne pepper.
